Online Lesson - Booking
- To make a booking you will need to register as a student. After receiving your password you will be able to use the booking feature on the website
- The booking feature allows you to check when there are available time slots and book online a time slot.It also allows you to easily reschedule your lesson if you need it.
- For your booking to be accepted you will have to pay in advance see the fees and payment section
- Please ensure that you are connected to the internet and that your Skype status is 'Online' at least 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson time.
Online Lesson - Cancellation
- If you need to postpone an already scheduled lesson, you need to send us a message at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. The lesson can then be postponed to a latter date. Please note : If the lesson is cancelled at the last moment the lesson is non refundable
- Lessons which are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances and or our absence will be eligible for a full refund.
- However we will consider special cases related to a sudden health issue which makes it too difficult for the student to continue taking any further lessons.
- A full refund will be made for all lessons cancelled by the tutor.
